Ingredients
Greenbeans
Fresh garlic (minced)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Lemon Juice
Preparation
Trim the ends off the green beans.
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil with 1 teaspoon of salt. Add green beans, cook for 4 minutes
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add green beans.
Add in garlic and shallots and stir for 2 minutes until the garlic is golden and crispy.
Add salt and pepper and garlic powder, and lemon juice (optional)
If desired, add in maple syrup or soy sauce, and add sliced almonds or pomegrantite seeds as toppings.
